As Senior Product Impact Engineer, you will help shape the processes of our platform integrations and ensure that each of our customers has an excellent experience with Qualitatio. You will be a trusted technical contact for our customers and lead our team in complex technical projects and applied product management.

OUR MISSION
YOUR ROLE
- Lead architecture reviews with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues across networks, security systems, and enterprise IT
- Coach and support junior engineers and customers on Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and deployments
- Pilot new use cases on site and feed the insights directly into the product backlog
- Translate technical constraints into clear business risks and choices
- Work closely with internal and external teams to develop the product roadmap
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- 5+ years of experience as an integration or infrastructure architect, systems engineer, or in a comparable role
- Deep expertise in Linux and networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot at every layer, from ARP tables through distributed databases
- Comfortable communicating with executives and delivering technical solutions on site
- A passion for complex technical challenges and a hands-on approach in the field
- Business-fluent in German and English
